The green Harissa can be made in 10 minutes. The\u00a0<\/em><em>lamb cooks quickly on the grill (about 5 minutes). This green Harissa can be used on beef or\u00a0<\/em><em>chicken as well as vegetarian options such as couscous or a baked\/roasted potatoes. For less of a\u00a0<\/em><em>kick, reduce the Harissa.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">serves 4<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #808080;\">16 New Zealand lamb chops<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #808080;\">1 1\/2 cups packed fresh cilantro leaves<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #808080;\"> 4 garlic cloves, smashed<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #808080;\"> 2 teaspoons Harissa<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #808080;\"> 1\/2 teaspoon sea salt<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #808080;\"> 1\/4 teaspoon ground red pepper<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #808080;\"> 1\/4 teaspoon ground coriander<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #808080;\"> 1\/2 cup quality olive oil<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Make Green Harissa<\/span>. Combine all ingredients in a mini food processor.\u00a0Pulse until you reach a slightly chunky paste consistency. Set aside.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Prepare\u00a0Meat.<\/span> Skewer 4 lamb chops per skewer (as photographed). Brush the lamb with olive oil. Turn grill on high. Once warm, lower\u00a0heat to medium. Place skewers on the grill.
