Cook the soybeans in salted boiling water for 1-2 minutes.\u00a0 Remove soybeans from the water with a mesh colander and place them in an ice bath.\u00a0 Drain and set aside.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Saut\u00e9 Fennel.<\/span> Place olive oil in a hot saut\u00e9 pan.\u00a0 Once oil is warm, saut\u00e9 fennel until tender (about 2 minutes).\u00a0 Remove from heat and set aside.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Spiral Cut Carrots<\/span>. Spiral cut carrots with a growing-shredder.\u00a0 Set aside.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Grate Potatoes And Zucchini.<\/span> Grate Potatoes and Carrots and toss in lemon juice.\u00a0 Let them sit in the lemon juice in a bowl for about 15 minutes.\u00a0 The moisture will come out of the vegetables and the starch will settle to the bottom of bowl.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Make Batter<\/span>.\u00a0 While potatoes and zucchini are resting, use a whisk to combine eggs, salt, pepper, baking soda, and flours in a separate bowl. Mix until there are no lumps.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Decant.<\/span> Remove potatoes and zucchini from the bowl.\u00a0 Squeeze excess moisture from the grated potatoes and zucchini.\u00a0 Set aside. Pour off the liquid (watered-down lemon juice) from the bowl that held the potatoes and zucchini. Leave the white starch on the bottom of the bowl undisturbed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Mix<\/span>.
