#999999;\">6 gousses de cardamome (blanche ou verte)<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"color: #999999;\">2 zestes d\u2019orange<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"color: #999999;\">1 \u00e9toile d\u2019anis<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"color: #999999;\">1 noisette, coup\u00e9e\u00a0 en deux<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"color: #999999;\">4 cerises s\u00e9chees (ou raisins secs)<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"color: #999999;\">5 grains de poivre rose<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"color: #999999;\">1 c. \u00e0 soupe de\u00a0 cognac<\/span><span style=\"color: #999999;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"> <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">pr\u00e9paration:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #999999;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Faire Brunier Les \u00c9pice<\/span><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">s.<\/span> Mettre les \u00e9pices, la noisette, les cerises et les zestes d\u2019orange dans une casserole.\u00a0 Laisser brunier jusqu\u2019 \u00e0 ce que l\u2019ar\u00f4me se d\u00e9gage et les cerises et les zestes d\u2019orange commencement \u00e0 coller au fond de la casserole.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #999999;\"> <\/span><span style=\"color: #999999;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">D\u00e9glacer.<\/span> Ajouter le cognac dans la casserole et mettre \u00e0 feu doux.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #999999;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Laisser Mijoter.<\/span> Ajouter le vin dans la casserole.\u00a0 Laisser mijoter jusqu\u2019 \u00e0 ce que les saveurs soient infus\u00e9es pendant 45 minutes environ\u00a0 (pas plus d\u2019une heure ou moins de vingt-cinq minutes).\u00a0 Ne pas faire bouillir.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #999999;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Egoutter.<\/span> Versez le vin \u00e0 travers une passoire et retirez les \u00e9pices, la noisette et les fruits.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #999999;\"><span
