color: #ff0000;\">how to:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #999999;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Make Caramel.<\/span> Pour granulated sugar in the middle of a saucepan.&nbsp; Gently add bottled water to the sugar until it reaches a \u201cwet sand\u201d effect. Place the saucepan over a low-medium flame.
